What is your rationale for taking part in 121 Mining Investment?
We are a newly listed company on the TSXV and looking to expand the MINK audience. We are an exploration company so will generally be seeking funds to continue to conduct our exploration programs. We are using advanced geophysics which is detecting new drill targets with greater clarity.
What recent news would you like to highlight to investors attending?
January 4, 2023- Started trading on TSXV January 10 – Exploration Program Underway, March 1 – Phase 1 Diamond Drilling Underway, March 15 – Significant, Newly Detected Drill targets identified, May 4 – Drill Results from Phase 1 – Additional Drilling Planned
What are your key goals in 3 months, 6 months, 12 months?
3 Months: Drill test the newly targets in the South Target Area
6 Months: Follow up on Phase 2 Borehole IP surveys around the Hook Zone and complete additional IP ground surveys, Continue diamond drilling
12 Months: Grow our market cap and continue exploration and drilling at Montcalm.
What do you see as the key risks and challenges facing your company at the moment and how are you overcoming these?
We are a new company with an incredible asset. Liquidity as a new issuer is a challenge that is resolved through time and investor relations efforts. We are managing both. We are an exploration stage company and all of the inherent risks to that type of issuer apply to MNK.
What do you think makes your company such a compelling investment?
The Company is just getting started in the evaluation of its sizeable Montcalm project, which would be incredibly challenging and very costly to assemble in the current environment in the Timmins Mining Camp. The access and infrastructure to the project, the adjacent former Montcalm Mine, and the Timmins Camp is exceptional. In the first months of operation, the Company vetted the capability of new geophysical technology through its phase 1 exploration program, and discovered a number of previously undetected, high priority targets that now require drill testing. The historical exploration and drill density (48 holes over 40 km2) on a project of this scale, adjacent to a high-grade nickel sulphide mine, has been sporadic at best and the Company is continuing to explore and drill in the near future, once the expanded permits are received. The Company has tight capital structure with under 15 million shares outstanding and is led by an experienced and motivated team.
What are the top 3 key investor takeaways?
Strategic battery metals exploration opportunity, covering 40 square kilometers, adjacent to a former high grade nickel copper cobalt mine. Significant advances in geophysics is identifying never before detected targets.
Incredible location, access and infrastructure for cost-effective exploration.
The Company has tight capital structure with under 15 million shares outstanding and is led by an experienced and motivated team.
