What do you see as the key risks and challenges facing your company at the moment and how are you overcoming these?

Typical mining development, including completing environmental permitting process
Executing Trial mining within the next 18-24 months.

What do you think makes your company such a compelling investment?

The cobalt resource in the Cook Islands will be larger than any existing cobalt reserve on the planet today. It would provide certainty of resource, while also providing a source that isn’t as questionable as cobalt from the DRC. The extraction would be done is a far less impactful way than the 10-15 incremental terrestrial mines that would be necessary to achieve a similar sized resource.

Highly valuable resource that has the necessary social license from the Cook Islands and its people, to proceed.
CAPEX requirements are materially below those of terrestrial mining
Nodules once extracted can be delivered to processors all around the world, allowing project to retain commercial tension and no be beholden to a particular jurisdictions labor/energy/regulatory requirements for downstream processing.
