What is your rationale for taking part in 121 Mining Investment?

NorthWest Copper is advancing BC’s top Copper-Gold project portfolio, ranging from new discovery to advanced development. Our flagship Kwanika-Stardust Project features two deposite; Kwanika – which is one of the largest undeveloped copper-gold projects in BC and Stardust – the highest grade undeveloped copper-gold deposit in BC. Stardust is 5x the grade of existing BC Copper deposits currently in production. We are looking for new investors, market support and interested parties for financing going forward.

What recent news would you like to highlight to investors attending?

We have completed a +$20M drill plan in 2022, we drilled over 55 holes and have recieved results for seven so far in 2022. Highlights would include Oct 27, 2021 News Release titled: NorthWest Copper Intersects 33.60% CuEq Over 9.40 Metres Within a 235.45 Metre Interval of 2.92% CuEq, Discovering a New Style of High-Grade Mineralization at Kwanika

What are your key goals in 3 months, 6 months, 12 months?

3 Months:

Ongoing drilling of continued high-grade zones and resource expansion at Kwanika-Stardust and following up on last year’s impressive results, expanding on discoveries at East Niv, and Lorraine

6 Months:

Publishing PEA for Kwanika-Stardust

12 Months:

Advancing Kwanika-Stardust toward our goal of building a new Copper-Gold producer in BC, with a combined production scenario

What do you think makes your company such a compelling investment?

Copper price is a key issue. As copper strengthens, the case for these projects, which are very high-grade in comparison to peers become very attractive as a production scenario.

What are the top 3 key investor takeaways?

Stardust/Kwanika –Flagship, high-grade, scalable project with exploration optionality
East Niv –The newest porphyry discovery in BC, large prospective land position
Lorraine –Highly mineralized property with historic resource. NorthWest refined the
geologic understanding in 2021
