Caracal Gold Plc, listed on the LSE and the FSE, is an emerging East African focused gold producer with 1,365koz JORC-Compliant gold Resource. The company has a clear path to grow production and resources with both organically and through strategic acquisitions. Caracal has a 100% interest in the producing Kilimapesa Gold Mine in Kenya, and is finalizing acquisition of Nyakafuru Gold Project in Tanzania that has the potential to produce 50,000oz per annum. Construction is underway at our flagship asset, Kilimapesa Gold Mine. Increasing mining capacity and processing capacity to increase production to 24koz per annum by Q1 2023.

3 Months:
Complete infrastructure required for accelerated plan on Kilimapesa
Complete Tanzanian acquisition
Regional Expansion

6 Months:
Complete production build- up at Kilimapesa to an annualised rate of 24,000ozpa
Increase Kilimapesa resource to +1,5m ounces
Commence drilling in Tanzania

12 Months:
Increase resource in Tanzania to +1moz and complete BFS on initial project
Complete next add-on project acquisition

What do you see as the key risks and challenges facing your company at the moment and how are you overcoming these?

Current global political risk which impacts directly on the Gold price and hence ability to fund expansion out of cashflow. The company is working on a funding package to mitigate these risks.

What do you think makes your company such a compelling investment?

We are small, aggressive and agile in our management style and have a wealth of experience throughout Africa and specificvally now in East Africa. We have a strong Board and management team well experienced in exploration, mining and in East Africa. We believe that we will deliver far above average returns to our investors in the foreseeable future. As a small, developing Gold producer we are uniquely positioned as we have existing production and cashflow; we have concrete plans to grow production output, and we have both the licenses, equipment and strategy to expand resources significantly.
