Banro emerged in May 2018 as a privately held company, after being listed on the TSX and NYSE for over 15 years. The Company is going through a major re-capitalization and rehabilitation to emerge as a premier sub-Saharan African gold mining company, with significant known resources, and significant upside potential in expanding its resource base to well over 10M oz. Au.

What are your key goals for the next 3, 6 and 12 months?

3 Months:

Stabilize and Optimize the business through re-capitlization and re-organization.

6 Months:

Maximize the value of its existing operations, and significant;y develop the project pipeline for the Company.

12 Months:

Prepare the business for its next phase of mine(s) construction and operation, through exploring partnerships and potentially the capital markets.

What do you see as the key risks and challenges facing your company at the moment and how are you overcoming these?

Changing the historical perceptions of the former Banro, and mitigating the risks associated with operating in the DRC.
