The Company is going through a major re-capitalization and rehabilitation to emerge as a premier sub-Saharan African gold mining company, with significant known resources, and significant upside potential in expanding its resource base to well over 10M oz. Stabilize and Optimize the business through re-capitlization and re-organization.
Maximize the value of its existing operations, and significant;y develop the project pipeline for the Company.
Prepare the business for its next phase of mine(s) construction and operation, through exploring partnerships and potentially the capital markets.
