Emmerson PLC is developing the Khemisset Potash Project in Northern Morocco. Due to its relatively shallow ore body and access to world class infrastructure, management believes it has the potential to be a low capital cost development, which is a rarity in the potash industry. Due to its close proximity to end markets, management also believes it has the potential to be a high margin mine, delivering strong cash flows in any commodity price environment.
