Atlantic Lithium (formerly “IronRidge Resources”) is an AIM-listed lithium company advancing a portfolio of projects in Ghana and Côte d’Ivoire through to production.

The Company’s flagship project, the Ewoyaa Project in Ghana, is a significant lithium pegmatite discovery on track to become West Africa’s first lithium producing mine. The project is fully funded to production under an agreement with Piedmont Lithium for US$103m and set to produce a premium lithium product. A robust Scoping Study indicates Life of Mine revenues exceeding US$3.4bn.

Ewoyaa has a Maiden Mineral Resource of 21.3Mt @ 1.31% Li₂O (Inferred and Indicated), including 5.2Mt @ 1.39% Li₂O in the Indicated category and is well located to excellent infrastructure and will produce a premium product suitable for conversion for to be used in batteries. 

Atlantic holds a 560km2 & 774km2 tenure across Ghana and Côte d’Ivoire respectively, comprising significantly under-explored, highly prospective licenses.

Management Profile

Vincent Mascolo – CEO & Managing Director

Vincent is the Managing Director of Atlantic Lithium Limited. Vincent is a mining engineer with over 25-years extensive experience across the civil, construction and mining industries in a variety of fields including gold and coal mining and quarrying. Vincent has diverse expertise in large scale infrastructure projects. He has been actively involved with project management, engineering, quality control and environment and safety management.

Vincent has held Directorships for various public companies over the past fourteen years. He has been primarily responsible for a number of new developments for Atlantic Lithium Limited including new partnerships and project expansions for the company. Vincent was instrumental in the raising of £9.7m for admission to AIM on 12 February 2015. He secured two cornerstone investors; Sumitomo Corporation and Assore Limited. 

His efforts have received MBA Merit Awards for Excellence in Engineering, Construction, Environmental, and Public Private Partnerships. Vincent is a member of both the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and the Institute of Engineers of Australia.

10 February 2022 – Final High-Grade Infill Drilling Results Received, Ewoyaa Lithium Project

Atlantic Lithium announces final high-grade infill drilling results from the December 2021 campaign at the Ewoyaa Lithium Project in Ghana, West Africa. The Company recently announced an updated Scoping Study and increased JORC compliant Mineral Resource Estimate of 21.3Mt @ 1.31% Li2O resulting in a significant improvement in project economics and life of mine (“LOM”).

15 December 2021 – Initial Lithium Infill Drill Results, Ghana. Highest grade drill intersection reported to date at Ewoyaa Lithium Project Atlantic Lithium announced initial infill drilling results at the Ewoyaa Lithium Project in Ghana, West Africa, where the Company recently announced an updated Scoping Study and increased JORC resource of 21.3Mt @ 1.31% Li2O, resulting in a significant improvement in project economics and life of mine. Initial infill drilling results received validate grade and continuity where drilled at the Project, with highest metal content intersection (lithium grade x meters) reported to date.

1 December 2021 – Ewoyaa Mineral Resource Estimate Increases by 47%

Atlantic Lithium reports a significant Mineral Resource Estimate (“MRE”) upgrade to 21.3Mt at 1.31% Li2O for the Ewoyaa deposit and surrounding pegmatites within the Cape Coast Lithium Portfolio in Ghana, West Africa. The Mineral Resource is reported in accordance with the JORC Code (2012). The total resource grade remains unchanged, highlighting its robust geological fundamentals and the estimate includes 5.2Mt at 1.39% Li2O of Indicated Mineral Resource. Significant exploration upside within broader 560km2 Cape Coast lithium portfolio.
