Blackjack Silver Corp. is a private company whose Butte Project controls the past producing Anaconda underground mine complex in the Butte mining camp in Montana. This is one of the great mining camps in the history of mining, and has been historically referred to as the “Richest Hill on Earth”. Historical production of silver from our property exceeds ½ that of the 23-mile by 20-mile silver district in Idaho, and the value of historical metal production exceeds 1/3 of the gold ever produced from the Abitibi greenstone belt in Canada. Remaining historical reserves/resources of the Butte Project exceed 300 million silver equivalent ounces. Exploration potential is exceptional in this world class intensely mineralized system: along strike, at depth, and on previously unmined veins. The Company is de-risking the project by achieving the following value-building milestones: compilation and digitization of historical data into a 3D geologic model (completed), surface drilling (Phase 1 completed, Phase 2 planned), rehabilitation of an existing decline (permitted), completion of a NI 43-101 resource estimate (in progress), IPO (planned), PEA (planned), mine permitting (planned) and further technical studies (planned). The project consists of patented mining claims in excess of 2,000 acres located on a brownfields site next to an operating open pit copper mine (50,000 tpd).

What is your rationale for taking part in 121 Mining Investment?
Blackjack Silver will undertake a capital raise after its upcoming maiden resource estimate.
What recent news would you like to highlight to investors attending?
3D computer modelling of high grade historical resources
What are your key goals in 3 months, 6 months, 12 months?
3 Months: Complete a maiden NI 43-101 compliant resource estimate.
6 Months: IPO
12 Months: PEA Commence mine permitting Commence Phase 2 drill program
What do you see as the key risks and challenges facing your company at the moment and how are you overcoming these?
1) Discovery of all historical data: With over 100 years of mining by a major, there exists a large amount of historical data which needs to be located, compiled, digitized and modelled. Our Butte based technical team (3 mining engineers, 3 geologists) and numerous consultants are assisting in this endeavour.
2) Stakeholder relations: This area has seen a long history of mining along with the environmental degradation that reflects the practices at the time. Our challenge is to remind local stakeholders that: a) this degradation occurred a long time ago by other parties, b) our activities will not impede or add to the job of the current clean-up, c) our eventual footprint, as an underground mine, will be very small, and that we plan on depositing all of our tailings underground. We have been active in engaging with local residents, town council, the state of Montana, and the EPA, and have done numerous presentations and tours for these groups.
What do you think makes your company such a compelling investment?
Valuation: Early investors bought in at 25 cents/share, our second financing was at 50 cents/share, and that our valuation at our next financing will be solidly underpinned by the upcoming NI 43-101 resource estimate
