Chesterfield Resources, listed on the main board of the LSE, this summer aquired 100% of a substantial copper exploration project in Labrador, Canada. Altius Minerals is helping us manage the project. The 297 sqkm project covers an entire sedimentary copper basin, and is very data-rich, including aerial and ground geophysics, and around 250 copper shows at surface or at shallow depth. However, due to the lack of road access there has been very little drilling on this large project, which provides the exploration opportunity. The project is only around 35 minutes helicopter flight from Goose Bay. The compay has completed a three month field programme, supported by Altius, to locate, rank and design drill targets. We also have a VMS exploration project in Cyprus which has recently returned some encouraging drill results. Our exploration team is headed by Dr Neil O’Brien, previously Head of Exploration at Lundin Mining, and Dave Cliff, previously Head of Exploration Europe for Rio Tinto. The comapny has applied for listings on the TSX-V and the US OTC exchanges

Martin French has over 30 years of experience in capital markets, investment banking and mining. He took a previous project through BFS. Neil O’Brien was previously Head of Exploration at Lundin Mining, where he also served as VP of New Business Development.
What is your rationale for taking part 121 Mining Investment?
We wish to introduce Chesterfield as a new name in copper to the North American equity investment community, in the key commodity of copper and the prime location of Labrador

We have recently announced good assay results from the Labrador field survey on January 27th 2022 and string drill results in Cyprus on February 23rd 2022
