Desert Gold is a regional West African gold exploration company. Its flagship 440 km2 SMSZ Project in Western Mali is the largest contiguous land package of any junior explorer in the region. The Company expects to complete a Preliminary Economic study in Q1, 2025 that focusses on the Property’s heap leachable oxide gold resources. The goal would be to commence gold production and use cash flow to further advance the Project. With 25+ gold zones confirmed by drilling on the property to date, the company’s primary objective is to increase its maiden resource to a multi-million oz Au upper tier gold project. 10,000 meters of drilling is proposed to be drilled in 2025. The Company’s maiden resource comprises Measured and Indicated resources of 310,300 ounces grading 1.14 g/t gold and Inferred mineral resources of 769,200 ounces grading 1.16 g/t gold.

Don Dudek, Director & Lead Technical Director

Mr. Dudek brings over 40 years of experience in various roles with junior to senior exploration and mining companies. He recently served as President and CEO of Savary Gold Corp., which was sold to Semafo Inc. in April 2019. He also served as Senior V.P. of Technical Services for Endeavour Mining Corporation while managing a feasibility study for the Hounde Gold Project in Burkina Faso. Previously, he served as Senior VP Exploration of Avion Gold Corporation, a successful junior gold producer and explorer in Western Mali. He holds a B.Sc. Geology (Honors) from the University of Saskatchewan.

What is your rationale for taking part in 121 Mining Investment?

– Looking to expanded capital markets network
– Targeting strategic and institutional investors
– Preliminary economic study in progress to test mining of at surface oxide mineralization at 3 of the 6 gold deposits. Goal would be to initiate mining and cash flow sooner vs later
– Property-wide exploration expected to continue to further increase gold resources
– >10,000 metres of drilling proposed for 2025 season.

3 Months:

– Complete PEA for mining at surface oxide gold resources
– Initiate another phase of exploration drilling

 

6 Months:

– Complete >10,000 metres of drilling at SMSZ Tier 1 targets project with emphasis on resource expansion
– Advance studies for mining of oxide gold resources

 

12 Months:

– Complete 2025 drill program by July 2025
– Initiate mine construction assuming the technical studies demonstrate the feasibility of mining the oxide gold resources
– Release drill results from 2025 program
– Update 43-101 MRE in Q4 2025 if warranted
