Nevada Lithium owns 50% of the Bonnie Claire Lithium Project in Nevada, USA. Bonnie Claire is a sedimentary (clay) hosted lithium project with one of the largest lithium resources in North America. Bonnie Claire is a very large, advanced project with a recently completed Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA 43-101 Technical Report). Base case PEA economics are robust, there have been no endangered species issues, there is a positive, differentiable ESG profile, and the size of the resource supports a multigenerational mine. A fully funded, multi-faceted 18-month work program is underway to set the foundation for a Pre-Feasibility Study (PFS).

He was half of the two-man investment team that founded a NYC based natural resources fund with over $4 billion of peak AUM. What do you see as the key risks and challenges facing your company at the moment and how are you overcoming these?
Project developers globally are facing shortages of service providers and Nevada Lithium is no different. We are proactively managing our work programs to address critical path elements in order to minimize delays as we progress towards Pre-Feasibility.
