Silver Hammer is a USA focused company that controls high-grade precious metal assets in top-tier global mining jurisdictions (Idaho and Nevada). On September 28, 2023, Silver Hammer announced a transformation deal to acquire the multi-million ounce permitted high-grade Shafter Silver Mine in Texas, bringing the Company closer to its goal of becoming North America’s next silver producer within the next ~24 months. To ensure the project is advanced towards the development and production stages, Silver Hammer has attracted key senior level technical geological and mining advisors including previous Sr. VP Exploration and VP/COO Mining experts that have held executive roles with Hudbay Minerals, Coeur Mining, Silver Standard, Centerra, Mag Silver, Probe Mines, Hecla, and Royal Oak Mines. Shafter is an advanced-stage project: • Opportunity exists for a quick re-start at up to 1,000 tpd operation. • Infrastructure is in place and requires minimum capital to place it back in operation. • Site has power, paved roads to mine site, access to local workforce. • Goal is to convert additional silver ounces into the mine plan to potentially extend overall LOM out to 8 to 10 years of production. • Access to U/G for inexpensive drilling, resource expansion, discovery. • Understood metallurgy, low to no royalties, and 100% ownership. The Company also owns the past-producing Silver Strand Mine in the Coeur d’Alene Mining District in Idaho, USA, as well as both the Eliza Silver Project and the Silverton Silver Mine in Nevada. Peter A. Ball – President & CEO Mr. Ball brings a progressive track-record of proven leadership experience covering more than thirty years in mining and finance. He has demonstrated competencies on an international level holding various senior management roles with precious and base metals companies, including in mine engineering, capital markets and marketing. Mr. Ball began his career in the late 1980s working as a mining engineer and since the 1990s, has held various management and senior executive and corporate roles for numerous companies, including Eldorado Gold, Hudson Bay Mining & Smelting, Echo Bay Mines, RBC Dominion Securities, Columbus Gold, Argentex Mining, NV Gold, Redstart Gold, Century Mining, Adrian Resources, Hawthorne Gold and most recently Noram Lithium. Mr. Ball has led and assisted in raising over $250 million in capital in the resource sector, is a graduate of the Haileybury School of Mines, Georgian Business College, UBC’s Canadian Securities Course and a member of CIMM. 3 Months: Complete the acquisition of the Shafter production asset, ongoing exploration programs and resource development programs at its 100% owned Silver Strand, Eliza and Silverton Projects in Idaho and Nevada.
6 Months: Next phases of exploration will be determined by results of current exploration programs.
12 Months: Move towards resource development and modelling.
