Adam Melnik – CEO & Director
Mr. Melnik has over 15 years’ of experience within natural resources, cleantech, investment banking, and consulting. His recent experience in strategy, corporate development, operations, and investor relations with Vedanta Resources and Pembridge Resources and finance and technology development with London Business School, Innovate UK, and Y Combinator-backed CarbonChain will be invaluable in scaling Zacapa Resources into a significant mineral exploration company. Adam was previously a research analyst with Canaccord Genuity in Toronto and London focused on precious and base metals producers and developers. Adam holds a BASc in Geological Engineering from the University of Waterloo and an MBA in Finance from the Lazaridis School of Business and Economics at Wilfrid Laurier University.
