What is your rationale for attending 121 Mining Investment?
Running a trade sale on Banro Corporation – looking for strategic partners and/or capital partners interested in 7M oz Au, in a 30M oz Au district – all under licence by Banro.
What recent news would you like to highlight to investors attending?
Namoya – Banro’s operating mine is cash flow positive, and can demonstrate a long list of high quality pipeline projects that can transform Banro in 3 or 4 operating mines in the next 5 to 7 years.
What is the focus of your management team for the next 12 months, and what are the key milestones you are looking to reach that you think will add value to the business?
Find a strategic partner or a buyer of the Company.
Conclude a transaction to sell Banro, or a strategic partner to build Lugushwa.
Commence construction / EPCM activities for the next mine and continue with an aggressive drilling campaign to define the project to follow Lugushwa.
What do you see as the key risks and challenges facing your company at the moment and how are you overcoming these?
DRC risks / project financing risks / gold price.
What do you think makes your company such a compelling investment?
Size of the land package – scale of the pipeline projects – entry point for an investor, who will realize all of the upside on an acquisition of Banro.
