We are very much looking forward to welcoming you to 121 Mining Investment Hong Kong 2023, to be held at the Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong on 29 – 30 March. Please read the below information carefully and make necessary arrangements before your travel.

Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong is located in the city’s Central District and within a short walk from the Admiralty MTR Station.
Accommodation
Conference attendees will be eligible for a special rate at Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong on 28 & 29 March. The Deluxe Peak View Room will be charged at HKD$2,400 (single occupancy) / HKD$2,600 (double occupancy) per night, subject to 10% service charge. Full buffet breakfast included in the room rates with breakfast at Café TOO. Direct reservations must be made via Shangri-La.com reservation web-link on or before 14 March.
Should the staying period go beyond 28 & 29 March, the booking cannot be made via the above link. Instead, please reach Ms. Kristy Chong (kristy.chong@shangri-la.com) separately to proceed the reservation as the room rate of the pre & post dates may vary.

1-2-1 Meeting Pods
Branded semi-private meeting spaces will be laid out in the venue to allow for intimate conversation while encouraging extra drop-in meetings.
Your meeting space includes furniture for 1-2-1 meetings, power supply for laptop and branded signage with meeting pod number, stock code (if any), company logo and promotional strapline.
