Capella Minerals Ltd is an exploration and development company focused on gold-copper projects in northern Finland and copper-cobalt projects in central Norway.
Capella’s northern Finland portfolio consists of 5 gold-copper projects – including the priority and former Anglo American plc Killero East project – all located in the highly prospective Central Lapland Greenstone Belt (Cullen Resources JV).
In Central Norway, Capella holds a 100% interest in the advanced exploration-stage Hessjøgruva copper-cobalt project, in addition to participating (since August, 2024) in a strategic partnership with Teako Minerals in the former Løkken mining district.
Capella’s management team has a wealth of technical and market experience, and a proven track record of success in finding and advancing mineral discoveries. Recent success stories for the Capella team include Mariana Resources Ltd (acquired by Sandstorm Gold in 2017) and Extorre Gold Mines (acquired by Yamana Gold in 2012).
The Company is also fully ESG (Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance) compliant.

Eric Roth

President, CEO & Director

 

Mr. Roth (PhD in Economic Geology – University of Western Australia; FAusIMM) is an economic geologist with 35 years of experience in international minerals exploration and mining project evaluation. Prior to Capella, he was Chief Operating Officer of Mariana Resources, which was acquired for its Hot Maden Cu-Au discovery in NE Turkey by Sandstorm Gold for US$175M in July, 2017.  Prior to this, Mr. Roth was President and Chief Executive Officer of Extorre Gold Mines Ltd. (discover of the high-grade Cerro Moro deposit in Santa Cruz, Argentina) until Extorre was acquired by Yamana Gold Inc. in June, 2012 for C$440M. Prior to Extorre, he was engaged as a consultant on South American gold projects for Exeter Resource Corp. and Kinross Gold Corp. From January, 2002, to March, 2008, he was employed by AngloGold Ashanti Ltd., initially as the Lima-based Peruvian project and South American opportunities manager and subsequently as the Johannesburg-based Global Head of Greenfields Exploration. During his tenure at AngloGold, the greenfields exploration team brought in over 20+Moz Au in Inferred Resources through new discoveries in Colombia (Colosa, Gramalote), Australia (Tropicana), and the DRC (Mongbwalu).

Karen Davies has been involved in the mining industry since 2002 with a focus on Senior Investor Relations and Corporate Communications roles. Karen has had extensive experience with a number of exploration and production companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange including Fortuna Silver Mines Inc., Rye Patch Gold Corp. and Mariana Resources Ltd. before joining Capella Minerals. Karen led various marketing initiatives with public company management teams to assist with equity financings, to secure coverage from all sectors of the investing community, and to implement internal procedures to ensure clear and effective communication to shareholders.

To update existing investors and to introduce the company to new and potential investors.

Lokken strategic partnership with Teakon Minerals drill program underway.  Progressing the projects in both Norway and Finland to drilling.  Look for JV partnership on the Hessjogruva project in Norway.

3 Months:

Lokken Strategic Partnership with Teako Minerals currently being drilled – Norway

Hessjogruva Project currently looking for JV partnerships to take the project to resource status and to production – Norway

6 Months:

12 Months:

Continue to drill on the Lokken Project with strategic partner, Teako Minerals and on the Northern Finland Project.  Progress the Hessjogruva project in Norway from drilling to NI 43101 to PEA and then to production. Potential for JV partnership on Hessjogruva and on other projects.
