High grade tin and hard rock lithium in Cornwall. Winner of the 2024 Discovery of the Year Award at the UK Mining Conference in Cornwall. Now shortlisted for the Discovery of the Year Award at Resourcing Tomorrow London in December 2024. Phase 2 exploration drilling results this year, building on the successful Phase 1 in 2022, have demonstrated the continuity and extent of a major new lithium field in the rare G5 Granite underlying the Project Area, and discoveries of multiple new tin lodes with grades peaking at 6.28% Sn.

Sally Norcross-Webb | Founder & CEO
Sally founded Cornish Tin in 2017 and has since been managing the Company and advancing its projects in Cornwall, with executive responsibility for the Company’s activities and strategic development. Her background is as a mining and corporate finance lawyer and mineral rights specialist in various jurisdictions including the UK. In June 2024 she was awarded the Discovery of the Year Award at the UK Mining Conference in Cornwall. Sally holds the MA and LLM law degrees from Cambridge University.
 
 
Clive Newall | Chairman
Clive spent 25 years in the leadership team of TSX-listed First Quantum
Minerals. He co-founded First Quantum, and has taken it from a start-up mineral exploration company to the global top 6 copper company it is today, with over 20,000 employees worldwide. In Clive’s early career as a geologist he worked with AMAX PLC, and was closely involved in a number of mineral exploration projects in Cornwall. He
has a key role in the geological progress of Cornish Tin. Clive holds an honours degree in Mining Geology from Imperial College London, and an MBA from Strathclyde University.
 
Ryan Hichens – Exploration Manager
Ryan joined Cornish Tin in January 2022 and has overseen the Company’s successful Phase 1 and Phase 2 exploration drilling programs. In fact, one of our newly discovered high grade tin lodes has been named the Hichens Lode. Ryan is an exploration geologist and a graduate of Camborne School of Mines: BSc (Hons) ACSM

What is your rationale for taking part in 121 Mining Investment?

Cornish Tin is now raising funds by way of equity private placing, to advance its lithium and tin assets.
 

What recent news would you like to highlight to investors attending?

The 2024 Phase 2 exploration drilling results built on the success of the Phase 1 exploration drilling program in 2022, with globally significant discoveries of both high grade tin and hard rock lithium.

Complete JORC Exploration Target Report on the Tregonning Lithium Project

Commence tin focused exploration drilling program (Phase 3) on The Great Wheal Vor Project, for completion in 2025
 

12 Months:

Complete lithium focused exploration drilling program (Phase 4) by end of 2025
 

What do you see as the key risks and challenges facing your company at the moment and how are you overcoming these?

Availability of adequate funding, mitigated however by the evident quality of the lithium and tin deposits and the ongoing support of shareholders.
