Kingsgate Consolidated Limited is an experienced pacific rim gold producer and highly successful ASX listed gold company with significant expertise in gold exploration, development and mining.

Kingsgate owns and operates the Chatree Gold Mine in central Thailand and the Nueva Esperanza Development Project, located in the highly endowed Maricunga gold/silver belt in the Atacama region of northern Chile.

The Chatree Gold Mine is a world class gold producing asset, with 1.8 million ounces of gold and 10 million ounces of silver produced between 2001–2016.

Following a successful operational restart in 2023, Kingsgate is now focused on an aggressive regional exploration program and continuing to ramp up operations to produce 80,000-90,000 ounces of gold at Chatree in FY25.

Jamie Gibson, Managing Director & CEO

Jamie is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Kingsgate Consolidated Limited. Since joining the company in 2013, he has been instrumental in shaping corporate strategy, managing investor relations, and successfully restarting the Chatree Gold Mine.

An accomplished corporate professional, Jamie previously served as Chief Advisor in the mining portfolios (metals and coal) for the Australian Government, bringing extensive trade and investment expertise within the Asia-Pacific region. Jamie is a Director of Akara Resources Public Company and has made significant contributions as a Board Member and Vice President of the Australia Thailand Business Council.

Jamie holds a Master of Business Administration and a Graduate Certificate in Global Business Practice from Macquarie University, as well as a Diploma of Management from the Sydney Institute of Technology. He is also a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
