The company’s focus is on expanding the 949,000-ounce resource at its flagship Lake Carey Gold Project to over 1,000,000 ounces. For 15 years, Matsa has maintained an office in Bangkok, supported by an experienced management and geological team. The company holds around 1,900 km² of prospective land in Thailand, including 118 Special Prospecting Licence Applications (SPLAs), making it one of the largest holders of lithium and copper exploration areas in Southeast Asia.

Mr. Paul Poli, Chairman of Matsa Resources Ltd since 2009, is a fellow of the Australian Society of Certified Practicing Accountants and a former registered Securities Trader. He founded and managed a taxation and business advisory firm for 19 years. With extensive experience in financial management and business operations, he has led Matsa in several significant transactions, including the $14M Norseman sale to Panoramic, a $6M minority interest sale to Westgold, and a $7M Symons Hill joint venture with IGO. As Chairman of Bulletin Resources, he negotiated the $12M sale of Halls Creek to Pantoro.
