Bastion Minerals is an Australian-listed early-stage exploration company focused on Copper, Gold & Green metals.
Bastion has acquired three 100%-owned Copper projects in mining friendly jurisdictions of Canada.
The Company has also entered into an option agreement to acquire three highly prospective lithium properties located in Ontario Canada, a rapidly growing lithium province. The three properties are located close to known pegmatites, where adjacent companies have intersected pegmatites in drilling and have defined and reported resources. The property groups are referred to as Pakwan East Lithium, Raleigh Lake Lithium, and McCombe North Lithium projects.
Additionally, the Company has acquired the Gyttorp nr 100 Project located in Southern Sweden where historical sampling identified elevated Rare Earth Element results.
Bastion has a strategy of Exploration, Discovery & Acquisition, targeting IOCG-style copper/gold targets and acquiring assets leveraged to decarbonisation. Bastion will continue to identify new assets with a focus on the Company’s decarbonisation strategy, targeting Lithium, Copper, REE, Graphite and Nickel.

Ross has a strong banking background and brings more than 25 years of global experience as a leader in equity capital markets transactions as well mergers and acquisitions across multiple sectors. Ross has held senior leadership roles, Director and Managing Director titles with global financial institutions – Rothschild Bank AG, Credit Suisse AG, UBS AG and Macquarie Bank Ltd.
David Nolan – Non-Executive Director
David has over 20 years’ experience as Chairman and Non-Executive Director to ASX listed companies with responsibilities including legal, regulatory, governance and equity and debt financings. David has over 24 years’ experience as a corporate lawyer. David was previously a partner at a number of leading Sydney law firms advising on IPOs and ASX listings, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, fundraisings, restructuring and regulatory and governance. David has guided and advised companies across a range of industries and has extensive experience as an adviser and Board member to companies in the mining & resources sector.
