C3 Metals Inc. is a mineral exploration company focused on creating substantive value for its shareholders through the discovery and development of large copper and gold deposits. The Company holds approximately 30,000 hectares located in the prolific high-grade Andahuaylas-Yauri Porphyry-Skarn belt of Southern Peru. Mineralization at Jasperoide is hosted in a similar geological setting to the nearby major mining operations at Las Bambas (MMG), Constancia (Hudbay) and Antapaccay (Glencore). At Jasperoide, the Company has identified over 15 skarn prospects and an outcropping porphyry system over two parallel 28km belts. The Company has published a maiden resource estimate on the first of these skarn targets, which contained Measured & Indicated Resources of 52Mt at 0.5% copper and 0.2 g/t gold. The Company is also actively exploring in Jamaica where it has identified 16 porphyry, 40 epithermal and multiple volcanic redbed copper prospects over a 30km strike extent. The Company holds a 100% interest in 17,855 hectares of exploration licenses and a 50% interest in 9,870 hectares in a joint venture with Geophsyx Jamaica Ltd, the largest mineral tenure holder in the country. Barrick Gold Corp. announced on May 1, 2024 that it had entered into an earn-in agreement with Geophysx Jamaica Ltd. on approximately 400,000 hectares of exploration licenses, several of which surround C3 Metals’ mineral concessions. Mining is currently the second largest industry in Jamaica, and historical mining dates back to the colonial eras of the 1500s (Spanish) and 1800s (British).

What is your rationale for taking part in 121 Mining Investment?

To meet investors and gain exposure for our story. We recently completed a private placement equity financing, are well funded to execute on our business plan, and are looking to enhance visibility amongst the investment community of the value and growth opportunity our company’s stock provides.

Our goal is to effectively communicate the potential of our asset portfolio and our corporate strategy to unlock maximum value for shareholders.

What recent news would you like to highlight to investors attending?

9 October – C3 Metals Closes $4.5 Million Private Placement

13 August – C3 Metals Executes Agreement with Cancahuani Community to Provide Surface Access Rights at Khaleesi Copper-Gold Project in Peru

15 May – C3 Metals Drills 79 Metres at 0.71% Copper and 0.49 g/t Gold (1.06% CuEq) at Bellas Gate, Jamaica

What are your key goals in 3 months, 6 months, 12 months?

3 Months:
To have investors understand the C3 Metals’ asset portfolio opportunities and our vision and strategy to unlocking maximum potential for shareholders.

6 Months:
Initial drill results from high-grade epithermal gold system at past producing mine that ran 20.4 g/t gold.

12 Months:
To have drill programs operating on multiple greenfields copper-gold skarn and porphyry prospects, as well as a high-grade epithermal gold brownfields project within our portfolio.

What do you see as the key risks and challenges facing your company at the moment and how are you overcoming these?

We have a large institutional investor component to our shareholder base and have proven we can fund our exploration programs with this base. We now need to expand our investor outreach to gain better stock liquidity by attracting retail investors. Unfortunately, exploration companies are not in favour currently on a marco scale with investors. But this becomes the opportunity.

What do you think makes your company such a compelling investment?

Diversification with district-scale land positions is two jurisdictions: Jamaica and Peru. We believe our maiden resource in Peru, which is the first of 15 targets on the property, supports our current valuation. Our ongoing exploration should provide blue sky upside with limited downside due to the current valuation.

What are the top 3 key investor takeaways?

Our current NI 43-101 mineral resource should provide a floor for value, while over the next 18 months, the prospect to quickly gain momentum through a new, meaningful copper-gold discovery is high. Strong technical team and board with long of history of success.
