What is your rationale for taking part in 121 Mining Investment?

To meet investors and gain exposure for our story. We are targeting investors that will purchase on-market or via private placement.

We do not have a raise in the near term, but as an exploration company with zero revenues, we will always look to be opportunistic when capital is available.

We have new developments. We recently made a true, maiden, grassroots discovery that has potential for considerable scale.

What recent news would you like to highlight to investors attending?

What are your key goals in 3 months, 6 months, 12 months?

3 Months:
To have investors recognize C3 Metals and understand the company’s vision and strategy.

6 Months:
We hope to see value added through our exploration programs.

12 Months:
To be a company the market is focused on due to our exploration success.

What do you see as the key risks and challenges facing your company at the moment and how are you overcoming these?

Access to reasonable cost equity capital – we are fortunate to have a stronger balance sheet than many of our peers. Marco market conditions – out of everyone’s control. Junior exploration companies are not in favor currently – strong exploration results will always lead to exceptions, and we hope to provide these.

What do you think makes your company such a compelling investment?

Diversification with large land positions is two jurisdictions: Peru and Jamaica. Approximately one third of the company’s value is held in cash currently. We’ve only weeks ago made what could turn into a significant discovery.

What are the top 3 key investor takeaways?

Peru asset should provide a floor for value, while over the next 18 months, the prospect to quickly add momentum through a new discovery in Jamaica is high. Strong technical team and board with long of history of success.
