Canada Silver Cobalt is dual-focus precious and battery metals company currently focused on developing its exceptional high-grade Castle East silver-cobalt deposit in Northern Ontario and the Graal nickel-copper-cobalt massive sulphides deposit in Northern Quebec. The Castle East deposit has the highest-grade silver resource in the world (current resource 7.5 million oz grading 8,582 g/t Ag or 250.2 oz/ton). Plans are to build a ramp to access the high-grade silver ore and process it into silver dore bars at the company’s TTL ‘mini-mill’ facility. CCW also has the Re-20x processing technology for cobalt and nickel sulphate production for the battery metals industry and a newly acquired early stage Eby-Otto exploration property near Agnico Eagle’s high-grade Macassa Gold Mine near Kirkland Lake, Ontario. The company intends to spin out the Graal property into a separate publicly traded company called Coniagas Battery Metals.

Matt Halliday, P.Geo – President and COO
Matt has 15+ years of geological exploration and development experience in different metals around the world. He previously worked for SGS Canada, Kirkland Lake Gold and First Cobalt. Matt has identified the historical Silver-Cobalt Camp in Northern Ontario as having enormous potential for future silver-cobalt production and has moved to the area so that he can participate in its development and the resumption of mining.
 
Frank Basa, P.Eng. – Chairman and CEO
Mr. Basa is a distinguished metallurgist and milling expert who has over 35 years of global mining experience with expertise in project management, milling, gravity concentration, flotation, leaching and refining of precious and base metals. He is an expert in cobalt metallurgy, having worked in Ontario’s Cobalt Camp early in his career, when he designed, with the support of Canada’s National Research Council, a unique hydro-metallurgical process known as Re-2Ox for the recovery of multiple metals and elements from all feeds with varying chemistries. The process is environmentally compliant and undergoing optimization at SGS which is also designing and building a Re-2Ox pilot plant. He is a member of the Professional Engineers of Ontario and a graduate of McGill University.

What are your key goals in 3 months, 6 months, 12 months?

3 Months:
Conduct engineering and permitting for a ramp at Castle East, exploration of the Eby-Otto Gold property near Kirkland Lake, and further exploration of the high-grade nickel-copper-cobalt battery metals discovery at the Graal property in N. Quebec

6 Months:
Spinout of Graal property, filing of ramp permit application for Castle East, progress on the Re-2Ox pilot plant, and continuing exploration at Kirkland Lake gold property

12 Months:
Obtaining permits for and financing and beginning construction of the Castle East ramp, preparation of drill targets in the past-producing high-grade silver-cobalt mine, continued evaluation of the Eby-Otto Gold property.

What do you see as the key risks and challenges facing your company at the moment and how are you overcoming these?

During the Covid pandemic, one challenge has been obtaining government permits for exploration and mine development in a timely fashion. In order to smooth the process, CCW is providing advance data with a draft application for the planned ramp to government well in advance for comment in order to proactively deal with any issues prior to the formal filing of the permit application.

What do you think makes your company such a compelling investment?

Very undervalued for the company’s properties/discoveries and how far advanced the company is in the development process (it already owns a nearby mini-mill to obtain revenues from a large bulk sample and then potential ongoing mining).
