Amex Exploration (TSX-V: AMX, OTCQX: AMXEF) has made significant high grade gold discoveries on its 100% owned Perron Gold Project located in the mining friendly jurisdiction of Quebec, Canada. The project is well serviced by existing infrastructure, on a year round road, 10 minutes from an airport and just outside the town of Normetal (~8 km). In addition, the project is in close proximity to a number of major gold producers’ milling operations.
To date, Amex has intersected very high-grade and visible gold in three different zones, Eastern Gold Zone, (including the Denise Zone) Gratien Gold Zone and Grey Cat Gold Zone; across the project over ~3 km corridor of gold mineralization. Amex Exploration has also made a new discovery of a new high-grade gold structure approximately 650 metres north-west of the High Grade Zone (HGZ) and 500 metres north-east of the Grey Cat Zone (GCZ).
Recently there was the discovery of a copper rich VMS zone.
The management team has invested their own capital into the company in each financing and is focused on building value for shareholders. Drilling is year-round, and the company is in the middle of a fully funded 300,000 m drill campaign, meaning there are 10 drills at site and investors can expect ample news flow and catalysts throughout the year.
