District Scale Gold Exploration on the southern Carlin Trend in Nevada. Pony Creek is strategically-located immediately south of Newmont Goldcorp’s Rain and Emigrant mines and adjacent to Gold Standard’s Railroad-Pinion Project and totals 13,771 hectares underpinned by a Carlin-type system with historic gold resources. It is a target rich environment underlain by well known, as well as, newly recognized key regional gold host units.

Pony Creek contains large areas of prospective rocks that have never been sampled in the world-class Carlin Trend of Nevada. Numerous historic drill holes containing long intercepts of gold mineralization remain open for expansion through offset drilling based upon proper stratigraphic and structural understanding of ore controls.

What is your rationale for attending 121 Mining Investment?

We will be looking for market support, a broader retail shareholder base and will be raising money on the back of exciting results from our summer drill programs at Pony Creek and our newly acquired Green Springs gold project.

What are your key goals for the next 3, 6 and 12 months?

3 Months:

-Maiden resource from the Bowl Zone on our Pony Creek project
-Plan of Operations Permit on Pony Creek
-Continued drill results from Pony Creek
-Drilling on our newly acquired Green Springs gold project

6 Months:

-Discovery drilling on new targets at Pony Creek
-Resource drilling at the Stallion Zone at Pony Creek

12 Months:

-Maiden Resource at Stallion Zone on the Pony Creek project
-Further discovery at Pony Creek
-Discovery at Green Springs gold project

What do you see as the key risks and challenges facing your company at the moment and how are you overcoming these?

Obtaining our Plan of Operations permit so we can drill more aggressively in new zones. The Plan of Operations permit has now entered its final phase with the Bureau of Land Management and expect it to be granted, pending one last survey being completed in August 2019, by late Fall 2019. Continuing to make new discoveries to drive our valuation and increase the M&A tension. To date, every new target we have drilled we have hit gold mineralization. With a Plan of Operations permit in hand we can aggressively drill these targets and work them towards a resource.

In a sentence, what do you think makes your company such a compelling investment?

Tier 1 exploration asset in a Tier 1 jurisdiction for gold mining, in one of the most productive gold regions in the world. Market cap, is an order of magnitude lower than neighboring explorers and is a prime take-out candidate as we continue to deliver new gold discoveries.
