Live financials

Lithium Australia – disruptive technology for the primary recovery of lithium from silicate minerals. Recycling of the “Energy Metals” to rebirth Li-ion batteries and advanced technology for the production of battery cathode materials. Lithium Australia’s technologies close the life-cycle loop to create a sustainable future for Li-ion batteries. Lithium Australia is possibly the only company in the Li-ion battery space with the capacity to provide complete vertical integration in the supply chain.

What do you see as the key risks and challenges facing your company at the moment and how are you overcoming these?

The risks are technical and implementation risks, mitigated by systematic testing, good planning and adequate funding.

In a sentence, what do you think makes your company such a compelling investment?

We are on track to become a force in the lithium value chain, a vertically integrating across resource > mine > lithium chemicals > Li-ion battery manufacture > battery metal recycling, leveraging off our 100% owned advanced mineral processing and battery technology, each of which have considerable environmental and sustainability credits over current high cost/ dirty technology (roasting). We aim to establish ourselves – and our partners – in the low end of the lithium chemical cost-curve (via SiLeach) while also tackling the high margin regions of the value chain (Li-ion cathodes) and get set in a future high value segment (battery metal recycling).
