Mineros was founded in 1974 and produced 210,000oz AuEq in 2018 split between its industrial-scale alluvial production in Colombia and underground and artisanal milling operations in Nicaragua. In December, the Company acquired Gualcamayo, an underground and open pit mine in Argentina.
The Company aims to increase production through organic growth around existing operations and through M&A to 500,000oz/y. The company is actively evaluating targets and is completing preparation to list on the TSX.

Andres Restrepo – CEO, has a master’s degree in public administration, he became CEO in 2014 to drive the organization’s growth plans. Andres has experience in senior management and leadership positions in various Colombian companies across different sectors, including the natural resources industry.


What is your rationale for attending 121 Mining Investment?

With preparations advanced to list on the TSX, we are looking to start raising investor awareness about the company and make initial contact with potential future investors and lenders. We are looking to meet funds, institutions and strategic investors that invest in gold producers.

What recent news would you like to highlight to investors attending?

Mineros recently acquired the Gualcamayo gold mine in Argentina and an earn-in agreement for the La Pepa gold exploration project in Chile.

What do you see as the key risks and challenges facing your company at the moment and how are you overcoming these?

We continue working towards our goal of listing on the TSX to provide greater access to finance to facilitate the growth strategy.
We also began the integration of our new operatin in Argentina.

In a sentence, what do you think makes your company such a compelling investment?

Mineros has a solid production base and strong cash flow to underpin its growth strategy, yet its market cap valuation is lower than its TSX – TSXV listed peers. We our recent acquisition we are expecting an increase in production close to 50% as we become a more geographically diverse company.
Listing on the TSX should enable a significant valuation rerate as the Company gains greater visibility and following in addition to the potential value increase from acquiring new assets.
