Walkabout is developing the high-grade Lindi Jumbo Graphite Project in South East Tanzania to take advantage of forecast market conditions for Large and Jumbo flake graphite products.

The Company has been granted a Mining Licence and all other approvals to begin development. A high-grade graphite Mineral Reserve has been delineated within the Mining Licence Application area. The life of mine is currently 24 years, producing 40,000 tonnes per annum of high grade concentrate, with a LOM Grade of 17.9%TGC.

In addition, Walkabout is also exploring in southern Namibia for Lithium at the Eureka Lithium Project.
The Company has also acquired an exciting exploration portfolio for gold and base metals in Northern Ireland and Scotland and is participating in the Tyrone Joint Venture where cobalt, copper and silver occurrences are being explored.

What is your rationale for attending 121 Mining Investment?

We are currently raising US$28 million to finance the development of the Lindi Jumbo Graphite Project. We are very interested to meet with potential investors.

What recent news would you like to highlight to investors attending?

We have recently signed three binding offtake agreements covering 100% of total production for a minimum of 3 years.

What is the focus of your management team for the next 3, 6 and 12 months?

3 Months:

Secure funding and begin on-site work.

6 Months:

Well on the way to completion of the plant.

12 Months:

Completion and commissioning of the plant and starting to produce high quality graphite concentrate.

What do you see as the key risks and challenges facing your company at the moment and how are you overcoming these?

Key risk is in securing total development funding. We have derisked this process by signing binding offtake agreements for 100% of production.

What do you think makes your company such a compelling investment?

We have a very robust project, as highlighted recently in our upgraded Definitive Feasibility Study (DFS) delivering excellent economic returns over a life of mine of 24 years.
