Go2Lithium has granted LithiumBank Resources Corp (TSX-V: LBNK) (OTCQX: LBNKF) a license to utilize its cDLE® technology in Alberta and Saskatchewan, as well as supplying its pilot plant to accelerate delivery of a prefeasibility study for the Boardwalk Project and to progress the Park Place Project. LithiumBank Resources Corp. has developed the largest portfolio of non-conventional lithium brine projects in North America. Its two flagship projects – Boardwalk and Park Place – contain an estimated 27Mt of contained lithium in brines. Significant support from the provincial government of Alberta exists. Project location: Calgary, Alberta, Canada Website: www.go2lithium.com Corporate presentation: Click here
Go2Lithium Inc has developed and applied cDLE® – a continuous lithium extraction technology from brines that provides the highest lithium recovery, lowest chemical input costs, highest lithium eluate concentration and fastest path to production. It is a fully engineered and optimized process that has been implemented at a large commercial scale for extraction of other metals, and is now being deployed in the lithium space. The cDLE® performance attributes allow Go2Lithium to work with low lithium concentrations brines that have traditionally been seen as uneconomic. The company has entered into its first commercial transaction with LithiumBank by granting a license to utilize its cDLE® technology in Alberta and Saskatchewan, as well as supplying its pilot plant to accelerate delivery of a prefeasibility study for the Boardwalk Project. Go2Lithium is building a pipeline of additional projects and evaluating cDLE®’s performance and outputs.
The Company is a Joint Venture between Clean TeQ Water Ltd (ASX:CNQ) a world leader in continuous metal extraction technologies that maximise recoveries and lower costs, and Computational Geosciences Inc., the developer of industry-standard geophysical mapping technology that utilizes AI to identify lithium-bearing aquifers.
Management Profile
Peter Voigt, Director and Chief Executive Officer Mr. Voigt has a long and continuous involvement in the Clean TeQ Companies over a 30 year period, having founded the original Clean TeQ company in 1989. In the early 2000’s, under Mr. Voigt’s leadership, the Company licenced innovative continuous ion exchange technology and developed the hydrometallurgy processes for nickel, cobalt and scandium along with several water treatment processes. Mr. Voigt graduated in Applied Sciences (Chemistry) and holds a Masters in Applied Science (Chemistry) from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT University).

What are your key goals in 3 months, 6 months, 12 months?
3 Months:
Continue value creating activities for LithiumBank through further updates to PEA based on the pilot plant results; optimizing operation of the Pilot Plant on Park Place brine on a continuous basis.
6 Months:
Build a second pilot plant for new client. Maximize lithium recovery and minimize operating costs by combining cDLE® technology with refining processes into a streamlined, low-cost system for battery grade lithium product.
12 Months:
Expand client base of brine projects:
o Europe and Middle Eastern pilots
o Business development across North-America, Europe and Middle-East
What do you see as the key risks and challenges facing your company at the moment and how are you overcoming these?
Go2Lithum requires significant capital to pursue multiple business opportunities – currently fundraising.
Lithium extraction from brines is an emerging market that has lots of new entrants with unproven technologies – Go2Lithium’s track record differentiates it from other competitors.
What do you think makes your company such a compelling investment?
cDLE® is a fully engineered technological solution at a commercial scale that has been proven.
cDLE® is applicable for a broad range of lithium assets, including low-grade brines that until now have been considered uneconomic to develop.
Commercial validation achieved through first corporate transaction with LithiumBank, which included equity in exchange for technology license.
What are the top 3 key investor takeaways?
Proven Technology – cDLE® is a proven technology delivering superior operating parameters for lithium extraction.
Experienced management team – Led by an experienced management team, Board and advisors.
Large target market to address – Continuing to target large brine assets in low-risk jurisdictions.
