What do you see as the key risks and challenges facing your company at the moment and how are you overcoming these?

The current financing market has made it difficult to keep the company funded while advancing it projects. We are working through this by divesting non-core assets and looking at creative ways to advance our core projects.

What do you think makes your company such a compelling investment?

All three or our Nevada assets could easily justify our current market cap (if not more) and all have exploration upside, in great jurisdictions. Management believes this and have invested a significant portion of their own money in the company, now owning 17.6%.
