GR Silver Mining is a Canadian-based, Mexico-focused junior mineral exploration company engaged in cost-effective silver-gold resource expansion on its 100%-owned assets, located on the eastern edge of the Rosario Mining District, in the southeast of Sinaloa State, Mexico. GR Silver Mining controls 100% of two past producer precious metal underground and open pit mines, within the expanded Plomosas Project, which includes the integrated San Marcial Area and La Trinidad acquisition. In conjunction with a portfolio of early to advanced stage exploration targets, the Company holds 734 km2 of concessions containing several structural corridors totaling over 75 km in strike length.

Eric Zaunscherb – Chairman & CEO
Eric Zaunscherb is the Chairman and CEO of GR Silver Mining in addition to his role as an Independent Director of Critical Elements Lithium (March 2020), Outback Goldfields (November 2020), and TriStar Gold (December 2020). He was elected Chair of Critical Elements in September 2020 and is the Chairman and CEO of GR Silver as of February 2022. He serves on several Audit, Compensation, Technical, and ESG Committees. Prior to that, Mr. Zaunscherb was Managing Director, Research – Metals & Mining Analyst at Canaccord Genuity where he was responsible for coordinating the firm’s global mining equity research platform. Eric has over 30 years of experience as a mining equity analyst. As a geologist, Mr. Zaunscherb designed and implemented mineral exploration programs in diverse North American environments. He graduated from McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario, in 1984, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology. In 1990, Mr. Zaunscherb gained the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
