International Graphite is developing as one of the first Australian producers of processed graphite products including battery anode material for Lithium-ion batteries. The company will have supply chain oversight from mine to market and plans to produce purified, coated spherical graphite to the highest ESG standards. International Graphite owns a high grade natural flake graphite resource in Western Australia and is moving to establish an open cut mine producing graphite concentrate for the Company’s planned downstream processing operations. A pilot scale micronising and spheroidising plant has been commissioned with a 1000tpa micronising facility expected to be operational by the end of 2023.

Andrew is an experienced mining executive and ASX/TSX Director with over two decades in senior finance, corporate, project management and marketing roles in the Australian mining sector. He is President, CEO and Corporate Secretary of Canadian company LeadFX Inc and Chairman of ASX listed Besra Gold Limited. His commodity experience includes exploration, development and operations in lead, zinc, nickel, cobalt, gold, iron ore, molybdenum, copper and uranium. Andrew has a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Finance and Marketing and is a qualified chartered company secretary. He will take up the role of Chief Executive of IG6 from 1 January 2023.
