What is your rationale for taking part in 121 Mining Investment?

Medallion is seeking contacts with high net worth and institutional investors who are bullish on gold and are comfortable with exposure to advanced exploration and development upside. The Company will have ongoing capital requirements as it advances through study phases and continues infill, extensional and regional drilling programmes. A Pre-Feasibility Study is well advanced and is expected to be released in the fourth quarter 2023 demonstrating the strong technical and commercial merits of the Ravensthorpe Gold Project.

What do you see as the key risks and challenges facing your company at the moment and how are you overcoming these?

Access to capital is the key risk to the Company. The business is focussed on de-risking the existing Mineral Resources while funding is tight and as a result has deferred further drilling to preserve cash. Various funding solutions are being explored to take the business through to Final Investment Decision.

What do you think makes your company such a compelling investment?

Assets are located in an outstanding jurisdiction. Medallion is attractively priced relative to its peers. The Mineral Resource at Kundip has both scale (1.5Moz AuEq) and grade (>2.5g/t AuEq). It is shallowly drilled and open in multiple directions so has the ability to grow with further investment. Medallion’s assets represent one of the few legitimate greenfield gold development opportunities in WA with the potential to produce 100kozpa AuEq for up to 10 years and beyond.
