Vortex Metals Inc. is the owner of a 100% interest in two drill-ready high-potential copper-gold volcanogenic massive sulfide (VMS) properties (Riqueza Marina and Zaachila) in the state of Oaxaca, and a third high-potential gold property (El Rescate) in the state of Puebla.

The Oaxaca projects incorporate the most highly prospective areas of high-grade copper mineralized surface exposures (‘gossans’) and prominent gravity anomalies along an emerging copper-gold VMS belt that includes Minaurum Gold’s Santa Marta project.

The company has also recently entered into a non-binding Letter of Intent (LOI) for an option to acquire up to an 80% Interest in the Illapel Copper Project, with SCM Ventana Minerals Group, a Santiago, Chile based mining Company. Vortex Metals can immediately commence drilling once the acquisition is complete.

Receive regulatory approval from TSXV to complete Illapel copper project transaction.

Plan Exploration campaign to drill Illapel Copper project, which is drill ready with all necessary drill permits in place

Advance Zaachila project and work to get community approval

6 Months:

Apply and receive drill permits on Mexica projects

Plan a drill campaign on one of the projects in Mexico

Continue to advance Illapel Copper project with further exploration and geological work to identify new drill targets

12 Months:

Plan drill campaign on Mexico projects

Drill test high potential drill targets in Mexico, once the drill permits are obtained

Continue geological work to further expand the drill ready targets in Mexico

Advance Illapel Copper project to move towards a maiden resource estimate

What do you see as the key risks and challenges facing your company at the moment and how are you overcoming these?

The key risks involve the somewhat slow permitting process in Mexico. We have been working diligently with local communities to gain their trust. Our community engagement programs have helped us to build goodwill with local population and we have not yet faced any open opposition to our projects in Mexico. We believe that our active and very positive community engagement will help us to obtain drill permits in coming months.

What do you think makes your company such a compelling investment?

We firmly believe that Vortex Metals has one of best portfolio of copper exploration assets of any junior resource company. Our Mexico assets were personally curated by renown mine finder, Late David M Jones, who discovered Los Filos, one of the largest gold and silver mines in Mexico. We are diversifying and mitigating jurisdictional risk by attempting to acquire a new and highly potential brownfield copper project in Chile. Once complete, we will be able to immediately drill high potential targets on that project. The other very compelling fact about Vortex is its management strength. Our technical team is extremely experienced. Jim Franklin, the senior technical advisor is a mining hall of famer and a foremost VMS expert. John Larson, our board member, is a BHP veteran and an expert in Latin America, especially Chile. Chief geologist Rob Johansing has over 35 yrs of experience in Latin America as well. One the business side, both the CEO, Vikas Ranjan and Chairman, Mike Williams have over 50 years of combined experience in capital markets, finance, business administration and M&A.

What are the top 3 key investor takeaways?

Extremely prospective, advanced and drill ready copper exploration assets.

Compelling valuation that has the potential to increase significantly when a discovery is made.

Strong management team with several near term catalysts.
