D3 Energy is a helium and natural gas exploration company which is currently focused on the exploration and development of its initial asset, ER315 located in the Free State Province of South Africa. ER315 has the potential to be a supplier of much needed natural gas to South Africa for its current energy needs and progress towards energy transition.

In addition to the natural gas potential, D3 Energy has a significant 2C Contingent helium resource of 22.4BCF with helium concentrations commonly around 5% but as high as 9% in the gas produced in ER315. Current world-wide helium shortfalls have seen record high helium prices put the spotlight on very low-cost producers such as D3 Energy.

D3 Energy is currently in the process of establishing a quotation of the Company’s ASX listed ordinary shares on the OTCQB tier of the U.S. Over -the-Counter market.

What is your rationale for taking part in 121 Mining Investment?

Given that D3 Energy only listed in May 2024 the main reason for participating is to increase the investor/market profile and recognition of who D3 Energy is and what it does.

What recent news would you like to highlight to investors attending?

Outstanding results from production testing at RBD10 – 22 August 2024
Renewal of ER315 received – 20 August 2024
Outstanding results from initial production testing at RBD03 – 1 August 2024
Rig contract signed for RBD12 drilling – 19 June 2024
D3 Energy successfully list on the ASX – 13 May 2024
First well confirms world class helium concentrations – 13 May 2024

What are your key goals in 3 months, 6 months, 12 months?

3 Months:

Complete current drilling and production testing program with a view to submitting a Production Right application to the South African regulator by year end or early 2025.

6 Months:
Continue to expand the public profile of who D3 Energy is and what we do and look to convert as much of our contingent helium and natural gas resource to reserves as possible.

12 Months:
Undertake additional seismic, drilling and production testing with a view to increasing D3 Energy’s reserve and resource base outside the Production Right application area.

What do you see as the key risks and challenges facing your company at the moment and how are you overcoming these?

The key challenge is increasing the public/investor awareness of who D3 Energy is and the significance and value of helium as a critical mineral for the 21st century

What do you think makes your company such a compelling investment?

D3 Energy is seriously undervalued relative to its independently certified helium and methane (natural gas) 2C Contingent Resource and listed industry peers. Helium is at record price levels with demand expected to double by 2035.

What are the top 3 key investor takeaways?

1. Helium is a critical mineral (gas) for the 21st century in short supply with prices at record levels and only expected to go higher as demand doubles over the next decade.
2. D3 Energy is significantly undervalued relative to its existing very material contingent helium and natural gas resource and industry peers.
3. Despite its infancy D3 Energy is already producing commercial quantiles of helium and methane with a management team that has a proven track record of identifying early-stage opportunities and assets and building them into very successful businesses.
