Dan Dickson – Chief Executive Officer and Director
Dan was appointed as Chief Executive Officer in May 2021 and is responsible for the company’s strategic direction, vision, growth and performance, with a focus on creating shareholder value.
In Dan’s previous role as the Chief Financial Office of Endeavour Silver, he was responsible for financial reporting, leading financing solutions, steering M&A, and overseeing the IT, legal and administration functions. He also has a solid track record in supporting and guiding the company’s executive board. Dan has been instrumental in building Endeavour’s financial infrastructure as the company grew over the past 15 years from four employees to a team of more than 2,000.
Prior to joining Endeavour Silver, Dan worked with KPMG LLP in the assurance group where he focused on publicly traded precious metals companies.
Dan holds a Bachelor of Commerce Accounting from the University of British Columbia and is a member of the British Columbia Institute of Chartered Accountants (CPA, CA).
Allison Pettit – Director, Investor Relations
Allison Pettit is a communications professional with a robust background spanning over a decade in the mining industry. Her expertise encompasses investor relations, corporate communications, and sales for public companies. Notably, from 2018 to 2024, she contributed significantly to NOVAGOLD Resources Inc., a prominent gold mining company listed on the NYSE American and TSX, focusing on advancing the Donlin Gold project in Alaska.
During her tenure at NOVAGOLD, Ms. Pettit held key roles in Investor Relations and Communications, collaborating closely with senior management and external stakeholders to bolster the company’s visibility and shareholder relationships. She played a pivotal role in managing both internal and external communications and investor relations strategies to support the Company’s objectives.
Ms. Pettit holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) and is an active contributor to the Canadian Investor Relations institute (CIRI) as a volunteer Board member for the BC Chapter.
