Alaska Energy Metals is a recently formed company. It holds the Nikolai nickel-copper-cobalt-chrome-iron-platinum group element project. The project is located in central a development-friendly part of Alaska near infrastructure. Historical drilling indicates evidence for a very large accumulation of metals. Drilling is to be done to get adequate spacing to calculate a maiden resource which should result in rerating of market capitalization. Peer companies with similar deposits are $30M to $190M. We are raising funds through a private placement now.

Management Profile

Greg Beischer – President and CEO
Mr. Beischer is a seasoned explorationist with a solid track record of success, previously with Millrock Resources, INCO Ltd., and the Bristol Bay Native Corporation. He is a geologist and mining engineering technologist having graduated from Laurentian University (1987), Sudbury, Ontario, and the Haileybury School of Mines (1981), Haileybury, Ontario. Mr. Beischer is a certified professional geologist (#10505) with the American Institute of Professional Geologists. Mr. Beischer is the past President of the Alaska Miner’s Association, and serves on the Alaska Minerals Commission. He made the original discovery of nickel at the Nikolai project in 1995 when working for INCO. As leader of Millrock he attracted more than $50M in exploration funding, mostly from major mining companies.

What do you see as the key risks and challenges facing your company at the moment and how are you overcoming these?

Main risk is low treasury. Therefore we plan an equity raise.

What do you think makes your company such a compelling investment?

Exposure to discovery success and share price increase. Market just waking up to the need for nickel for car batteries. There is nowhere near enough nickel supply to meet demand. Prices will rise and large, bulk minable deposits will come in to favor.
