What is your rationale for attending 121 Mining Investment?

Increase investor awareness and market support as the company advances to the next stage of development.

What recent news would you like to highlight to investors attending?

March 25, 2020 Amex reports multiple near surface high grade drill results from the Gratien Gold Zone (GGZ) and the Grey Cat Zone (GCZ).

March 03, 2020 Amex intersects 9.73 g/t Au OVER 9.90 M in deepest hole to date at Eastern Gold Zone.

Amex raised approximately C$14M in Q3 2019, to fund exploration and advancement of the project.

What are your key goals for the next 3, 6 and 12 months?

3 Months:
Continue to define Eastern Gold to confirm if the three mineralized zones meet at depth and along strike as well as conduct regional exploration to identify new gold zones on the Perron Property.

6 Months:

40,000 m drill program planned for 2020; to define and expand Eastern Gold Zone, Gratien Gold Zone, Grey Cat and Gold Zone.

20,000 m of exploration drilling is planned for this year on numerous regional targets which share similar geological features to the known gold zones.

To date 16,500 m has been drilled mainly on expansion drilling but also on definition and exploration.

12 Months:
Define and expand a future resource, to prove the potential of a large scale, high grade mine.

What do you see as the key risks and challenges facing your company at the moment and how are you overcoming these?

Delays in resuming drilling and receiving assay results due to Covid-19. To overcome this Amex has been providing video interviews about the project to keep the information in the upmost of investors minds.

What do you think makes your company such a compelling investment?

The current high grade gold zone discoveries reduce the risk associated with exploration and increase the probability of the project becoming a viable mine. The available cash to fund exploration, reduces the risk of trying to raise capital in a difficult investment climate which results in increased dilution.

Analyst Insight – provided by Independent Investment Research

Amex Exploration is a TSX-V-listed company that’s exploring its 100%-owned Perron Gold Project in Quebec, Canada.

The project is well serviced by existing infrastructure being located about an hour north of Rouyn-Noranda, on a year round road, 10 minutes from an airport and just outside the town of Normetal. In addition, the project is in close proximity to a number of major gold producers’ milling operations. To date C$12M has been spent on exploration. Three high-grade gold zones have been identified that are still open at depth and in all directions.

Since January 2019, Amex has intersected significant gold mineralization in three different zones that stretch over 3.2 km of lateral strike along the Perron Fault Zone. The Perron Eastern Gold Zone (EGZ) was discovered in December 2017 and lies in close proximity to a number of major gold producers’ milling operations. These three high-grade gold zones are still open at depth and in all directions.

The discovery hole, PE-17-03, identified two zones of near-surface mineralization, called the High Grade Zone and the Denise Zone, which returned values including 12.22 g/t Au over 4.66 metres and 0.81 g/t Au over 76.5 metres, respectively. Follow-up drilling in 2018 in drill hole PE2018-17 intersected values including 269.23 g/t Au over 1.35 metres and 0.74 g/t Au over 20.75 in the High Grade Zone and Denise Zone, respectively.

Following this, a targeted exploration drill program began during 2019 targeting the High Grade Zone, from which assays have returned grades including 393.33 g/t over 1.7 metres in PE2019-22, 39.58 g/t Au over 0.8 metres in PE2019-23, and 214.71 g/t Au over 0.7 metres in PE2019-24.

In addition to the Perron gold project, Amex has multiple other highly prospective gold projects: the 100% owned Eastmain River gold properties consisting of 119 claims covering 6,071 hectares. In addition, Amex has the 100% owned Lebel-sur-Quévillon Gold project located in Lebel-sur-Quévillon comprising 73 claims covering 4,071 hectares, and an option agreement to acquire a 100% interest in the Gowan polymetallic Property consisting of 16 claims over 256 hectares located near the Kidd Creek Mine.
