Management Profile

Nigel Ferguson – Managing Director
Mr Ferguson is a geologist with 32 years of experience who has worked in senior management positions for the past 20 years in a variety of locations. He has experience in the discovery and definition of precious and base metal mineral resources throughout the world, including DRC, Zambia, Tanzania, Saudi Arabia, South East Asia and Central America. He has been active in the DRC since 2004 in gold and base metals exploration and resource development.

We plan to meet with key industry players, government organisations, investors and financiers.

Award of mining licence, major contracts and commence development of the Project

What do you see as the key risks and challenges facing your company at the moment and how are you overcoming these?

One issue is cost pressure and inflation that is resulting from global macro factors (e.g., fuel cost) and increased competition for resources amongst mining companies (e.g., people, drill rigs etc.). We are overcoming this by locking in long term contracts with suppliers and building a positive team culture in order to minimise staff turnover.
