Benjamin is an experienced Managing Director of public companies, with frontline experience in the capital markets having operated as a corporate advisor and public company director in Australia for more than 20 years. He has raised more than $200m for public companies and in his present and past roles been responsible for the financing, administration, marketing and management of public companies.
Dean Maceachern – Technical Director and Principal Geolofist Ontario
Dean has over 30 years of exploration experience, 20 of these years were with Falconbridge Limited (Glencore PLC), where he was involved with significant nickel, copper and zinc discoveries in the Sudbury and Timmins mining camps. He has coordinated numerous base and precious metals exploration programs at several of the world’s major operating nickel copper zinc and PGM mining camps, including the Sudbury, Thompson and Abitibi Nickel Camps, the Kidd Creek Base Metal Camp in Canada and, the Bushveld Platinum Group Metals Camp in South Africa. Dean managed Falconbridge’s Southeastern Africa nickel and PGM exploration efforts prior to leaving the company and managing various junior mining/exploration companies.

– High grade intersections include 1m at 18.7% Ni , 3 m at 11.2% Ni 5m at 7.6% Ni and 15m at 5% Ni.
– Assayed core samples returned up to 34.82% Ni, 0.30% Cobalt, 3.7 g/t Platinum, 5.8 g/t Palladium
What are your key goals for the next 3, 6 and 12 months?
Conduct CSE public listing, complete geophysical campaigns and extension drilling campaign on Alexo Dundonald our main 43-101 resource
Complete deeper down plunge and downhole EM on high grade Alexo-Dundonald pods to build high grade tonnage, revisit direct shipping mill discussions, commence geophysical IP survey at Marbridge Mine site area
Upgrade Alexo-Dundonald resource in line with budget and model, complete new extension drilling at Marbridge and delineate the new resource, conclude unprocessed direct shipping financial model strategy based on target 2.5m tonne resource
What do you see as the key risks and challenges facing your company at the moment and how are you overcoming these?
Key risk is global nickel price, and key challenge is to identify the right intelligent capital partners who understand and are aligned to the production strategy
