What is your rationale for attending 121 Mining Investment?
The company does not need to raise capital because its production asset cashflow pays for the G&A and exploration at the new project. The company is looking to meet investors who are looking to buy stock in a stong company with a big new project.
What recent news would you like to highlight to investors attending?
Quarter over quarter record production growth and cashflow that is funding the company’s exploration. The newly acquired Los Ricos project has consistent and very strong drilling results showing very high grades for a potential open pit operation.
What are your key goals for the next 3, 6 and 12 months?
Production growth combined with an increase in drilling activity by adding 1-2 drill rigs. Consistent drill results being announced and moving toward an initial 43-101 at Los Ricos.
Cashflow that continues to fund the exploration program at Los Ricos. Moving toward a PEA at Los Ricos following the release of the 43-101 and new drilling results over old mine workings at second location at Los Ricos (Mote Verde).
Cashflow from Parral funding exploration and development of the El Abra deposit at Los Ricos. A clearly defined project with robust exonomics.
What do you see as the key risks and challenges facing your company at the moment and how are you overcoming these?
Risk is the commodity price – which we can’t control and continuing to hit mineralization with our exploration – which me mitigate by finding historical data in university archives like we found at El Abra.
In a sentence, what do you think makes your company such a compelling investment?
This is truly a self-funding junior. Our production asset is producing cashflow that covers our G&A as well as our exploration activity. The Los Ricos projects has been quoted as one of the next best assets in Mexico and what could be the Americas. The team has found an abundance of historical data on the old mine at the University of Montana which has saved untold time and millions of dollars of work which has allowed us to de-risk the project and bring value to shareholders much quicker than if we didn’t have the historical data.
