S2 Resources is a minerals exploration company focused on mainstream commodities such as gold and base metals in politically stable jurisdictions such as Australia and Finland. The company is targeting “company making” discoveries and the team comprises the core personnel who made the Nova-Bollinger nickel-copper discovery under Sirius Resources, before this company was taken over for AUD 1.3B.

S2 Resources is well positioned to achieve its objectives, having a strong balance sheet, a portfolio of highly prospective exploration ground, a highly successful team of explorers, and a breadth of corporate experience.

What is your rationale for taking part 121 Mining Investment?

We are raising awareness of our new projects in Western Australia and showcasing our evolving gold discovery at the Aarnivalkea prospect in Finland.

What recent news would you like to highlight to investors attending?

2 Mar 2022 – Dissseminated sulphides at West Murchison

  • Maiden drilling program intercepts disseminated nickel and copper sulphides at
the Woodrarung magmatic sulphide intrusive target, within the West Murchison
    Project in Western Australia
  • Two 3 metre thick intervals containing disseminated sulphides were visually
identified in hole SWMC007 with handheld XRF confirming elevated nickel and
    copper within these zones

9 Dec 2021 – Greater Fosterville Update

  • Exploration Licence Application (ELA) process underway over Block 4 of the Victorian
Government ground release following S2’s award of preferred tenderer status
  • Preparatory technical work started, comprising data consolidation and target
generation on the ELA, which abuts and surrounds Kirkland Lake Gold’s world class
    Fosterville Mine
  • Substantial historical datasets, incorporating extensive geophysical and geochemical
surveys, gives S2 a significant head start defining targets

What are your key goals for the next 3, 6 and 12 months?

3 Months:

• Finland – Polar Bear Nickel Project: Exploration planned to recommence

• Australia

What do you see as the key risks and challenges facing your company at the moment and how are you overcoming these?

The usual discovery risk, but the market is strong, we are well funded, and have several compelling exploration opportunities.

What do you think makes your company such a compelling investment?

A team with a track record of discovery through multiple companies. We are well funded, we have a supportive top twenty, and some highly prospective areas to explore. We seek “company making” discoveries.

What are the top 3 key investor takeaways?

1. A team with multiple economic mineral discoveries under its its belt
2. Highly prospective tenure in mining friendly and stable jurisdictions
3. Well funded with work programs underway at some very exciting prospects, including high grade gold at Jillewarra and Aarnivalkea and prospective base metals at Jillewarra and Ruopas.
