Luisa Moreno – President & Director
Dr. Luisa Moreno is a Physics Engineer, with a PhD in Materials Science and Mechanics from Imperial College London, in the United Kingdom. She has held positions as Senior Analyst at various Toronto-based investment companies. She is known as a leading analyst in rare earths and has published several reports and articles for the investment community.
As a strategic consultant she assists both public and private companies and institutional investors with economic and technical assessments of mineral assets and technologies. She also works with government institutions tasked with overseeing mineral development, value addition and supply chain development.
Dr. Moreno is a recognized strategic minerals specialist and a common valued guest speaker on television and at international conferences.

complete up to 5,000 meters of diamond drilling designed to further delineate existing resources, assess near deposit exploration targets, collect geotechnical and hydrogeological drilling for the purpose of optimization of open pit slope design, and generate additional REE mineralized material for continued metallurgical test.work.

Kristopher Raffle, P.Geo., Director and QP of Defense Metals commented: “With the second drill hole of our 2022 resource infill campaign nearing completion, we look forward in the coming days to initiating co-purposed infill and pit slope geotechnical drill holes in the main deposit and PEA mine schedule pit highwall areas, in addition to continuation of pad building for planned exploration holes. With 2022 drilling operations once again based at the Wicheeda Deposit site field camp, we expect to be able to take advantage of logistical efficiencies; most notably a reduction on helicopter utilization.”

What do you see as the key risks and challenges facing your company at the moment and how are you overcoming these?
Rare Earth elements is trending higher, there is currently not enough REE to meet current demand. North America needs to start processing Critical metals, such as, Neodymium and Praseodymium. We cannot depend on China for our processing needs.
What do you think makes your company such a compelling investment?
We are coming out with a new 43-101 Resource favorable update, which will dramatically change our current base case PEA, whilst moving to Pre Feasibility Study
