What is your rationale for taking part 121 Mining Investment?

Looking to expose EVNi’s story, to develop market support and create more investor relationships for potential future raises. Story appeals to macro Nickel investors, ESG focus investors and mining focused funds. Currently financed to get Resources / Tech Reports completed (into 2023) but looking to promote the two-track strategy. Have new drill results from 1H 2022 activity on the High-Grade and will have just completed drilling on the Large-Scale targets (results to come over remaining 2022).

What recent news would you like to highlight to investors attending?

Sept 6 (and July 11 & June 9)- completed drilling on High-Grade target, identified “W4 Extension”
June 13- ROFR in place for permitted mill
May 2- launched Clean Nickel (TM) strategy
April 4- tripled land pkg, to >30K hectares

What are your key goals in 3 months, 6 months, 12 months?

3 Months:

Get Phase 3 drill results out– outlining mineralization of the Large-Scale CarLang

6 Months:

Complete Phase 4 (infill) drilling on the High-Grade W4 Extension

12 Months:

Complete New Shaw Dome Tech Report(s)- to likely include updated W4 Resource (High-Grade), maiden CarLang Resource (Large-Scale), Clean Nickel research results, and potential additional acquisitions.

What do you see as the key risks and challenges facing your company at the moment and how are you overcoming these?

Access to drilling contractors and lab space– aggressively managing parallel options

What do you think makes your company such a compelling investment?

Two-track strategy- with scalable High-Grade and Large-Scale options.

What are the top 3 key investor takeaways?

1- Two-tracks / Optionality

2- enormous potential

3- real team / district and plan
