Norwest Minerals Limited is a 100% West Australian focused mineral explorer with highly prospective assets including Copper-Gold, Rare Earth Elements and Lithium.
Norwest’s recent announcement (20 Sept 2022) of 23 wide-spaced rock chip samples averaging 21% Copper and 1.2 g/t Gold collected along narrow shear zones at its 100% owned Bali project is the catalyst for intense follow-up exploration work including a 4,000m RC drilling program now underway.
The Company also holds drill ready REE and IOCG target anomalies at the company’s Arunta West project (85 to 100% ownership) with RC drilling scheduled prior to the end of the 2022 calendar year.
Norwest’s modest market capitalisation alongside its highly prospective mineral projects makes further investigation by any mineral resource investor very worthwhile.

Mr. Charles Schaus- CEO & Director
Mr. Schaus is a company Director and geologist with significant corporate and technical experience in the metals and mining industry. He has held key technical positions in WA mining companies including Newmont, Newcrest, Eagle Mining and consulted in Ghana for 18 months. In 2003 Charles founded Aurox Resource (MD) and in 2010 successfully merged the company with Atlas Iron in a scheme of arrangement valuing Aurox at over $130 million. Charles spent the following 5 years as Chairman of Plymouth Minerals (now Infinity Lithium). Mr Schaus is the founding Chief Executive Officer of Norwest Minerals and was appointed a Director in February 2021.

With Norwest’s recent exploration success and prospectivity, the Company is now looking to expand it profile of projects and people beyond Western Australia and into the greater investment community.

What are your key goals in 3 months, 6 months, 12 months?
3 Months:
1. Bali Project – Use results from current 4000m RC drill program to identify high value copper-gold targets for follow up RC drilling.
2. Arunta West project – Commence drilling of REE and IOCG targets
3. Arunta West project – Identify lithium drill targets from recently completed 3,000 point infill soil sampling work (awaiting multi-element lab assay results)
4. Raise company profile
6 Months:
1 .Bali project – Identify economic copper-gold resource potential for RC drill out
2. Arunta West – Identify REE and IOCG zones for RC resource definition drilling
3. Arunta West – First pass RC drilling into new lithium targets identified from infill soil samples
12 Months:
Resource definition, economic optimisation and feasibility work related to the successful drilling of one or more of the above projects.
