1. Thanks for joining the Property Investment Note. Can you give us a brief overview of Prosperity Wealth?
A Birmingham based developer, building and delivering desirable apartments and offering an innovative buy-to-let proposition to the owner, occupier and private investor. Our management team contains a selection of highly experienced qualified personnel and together we are proud to be making our mark not only in Britain’s second largest city, but across the UK – delivering desirable homes and high-yielding property investments to a global audience. Our core professional team has a wealth of property development and property finance experience and expertise.
2. Where are your projects / investments located in?
Prosperity’s current projects range from Southend-On-Sea to Birkenhead with a specific focus on Birmingham City Centre, where the majority of developments are located.
3. Why did you choose those locations for properties / expansion?
With a focus on both yield and capital appreciation, the locations of our developments are selected based on key factors of research such as a sustainable employment base, infrastructure, supply and demand – alongside capital values being inline with our product offering.
4. Can you tell us what are the main messages you highlight to investors?
As income through property specialists, we are passionate about providing affordable UK property as a long-term investment tool, helping investors select and purchase prime UK stock at discounted prices, utilising a range of specially devised payment plans with no large deposits. We are specialists at dealing with expats and understanding their needs.
In addition to the above, Prosperity are attending 121 in HK connecting with investors at a company level, as we look to bring forward our significant land bank of development opportunities within Birmingham City Center.
5. What are some significant recent milestones for Prosperity Wealth?

6. And, what are the future growth plans? – Is there a particular region that you see a lot of growth for future acquisitions?
Prosperity continues to scale our developer and our sales business, with a key focus on the delivery of our Smithfield project within the £1.5B regeneration of Digbeth, Birmingham.
