He has a unique understanding of the education market through his direct involvement in recruitment and training as an international school principal and then as owner of an international school recruitment firm.
What is your rationale for attending 121 Tech Investment?
Our story resonates strongly in Asia as our main product is sold to international schools. We are growing quickly in the Asia region and know that investors will understand the attractiveness of our target market. We are looking for investors who are interested in taking a strategic position and also those that can offer on market support. Our software products are continually evolving and we will soon be integrating Schrole Verify into our Advantage platform.
What do you see as the key risks and challenges facing your company at the moment and how are you overcoming these?
Maintaining our growth trajectory and ensuring we are able to continue software innovations. We have recently done a capital raise to assist with this.
What do you think makes your company such a compelling investment?
Schrole’s focus is the fast growing international school market where the biggest problem is finding the best teachers. Schrole’s recruitment platform, Advantage, helps schools manage the process with ease. Currently Schrole services 359 schools out of a current market of over 10,000 schools. The software is sold with annual recurring subscriptions. The company has grown quickly because of the sophistication of the software platform, and because of the number of candidates, Currently 98,000 candidates have profiles on the system. Schrole’s other products Cover, Verify, and ETAS all generate revenues and continue to grow.
