Accomodation
Conference attendees will be eligible for a special rate at the Ritz-Carlton, Dubai International Financial Centre at AED 1,692.125 per night, valid from 15th – 23rd November 2024. The special rate is inclusive of 7% municipality fees, 10% service charge, 5% VAT. Direct reservations must be made via this Reservation Link on or before 4 October 2024. For any reservations received after the cut-off day, both guest rooms and rates will be subject to availability.

1-2-1 Meeting Pods
Branded semi-private meeting spaces will be laid out in the venue to allow for intimate conversation while encouraging extra drop-in meetings.
Your meeting space includes furniture for 1-2-1 meetings, power supply for laptop and branded signage with meeting pod number, stock code (if any), company logo and promotional strapline.
