Scott Hicks, P.Eng, CFA – Chief Executive Officer and Director
Over 20 years’ industry experience prior to joining Prime as an executive, finance professional and engineer. Served as Senior Vice President of Technical Services with Kinross Gold Corp., with global responsibility for strategic planning, resource and reserve calculations, project studies, business development and talent management.
Also held positions of increasing responsibility with Inco Ltd. and Vale in the areas of corporate development, strategic planning and financial evaluation, including several years in Indonesia at one of the world’s largest integrated nickel operations. Bachelor of Applied Science in Mining Engineering from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario, Professional Engineer and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) Charterholder.

Indi Gopinathan, P.Eng, CPA, CMA – Vice President, Capital Markets & Business Development
25 years’ experience in corporate, capital markets and consulting roles including project studies, valuation, equity analysis and marketing. Previously VP of Investor Relations & Corporate Communications at IAMGOLD, and earlier held roles with New Gold/Rainy River, Scotia Capital, Noranda/Falconbridge. Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Toronto, MBA from Queen’s University and designated P.Eng and CPA, CMA.
Currently serves as Board Director with Ascot Gold.

What are your key goals in 3 months, 6 months, 12 months?

12 Months:
2024 Los Reyes Project Outlook:
• Exploration: Continue success-based approach to drilling in 2024, targeting completion of
40,000 metres. Additional work will include geological mapping and
geochemical sampling.
• Technical: Continue preliminary investigations of metallurgical, geotechnical and mine
planning parameters, including process optimization, assessment of open pit versus
underground opportunities and evaluation of permitting requirements.
• Community Engagement: Continue to engage with local ejidos (communities) through
educational and community programming, access (road) improvements and water access.
• Los Reyes Resource Update: Target a resource increase, subject to drilling
results from the full year 2023 and on-going 2024.
