Rover Critical Minerals (TSXV:ROVR)(OTCQB:ROVMF)(FSE:4XO) is a new lithium junior mining exploration company. The Company pivoted towards critical minerals, with a focus on lithium, in Q1-2023. Rover is specific to the lithium jurisdictions of the U.S. and Canada. We are offering investors the opportunity to get involved at the early-stage of a major lithium resource discovery in the heart of Nevada’s prolific southwest lithium jurisdiction. Rover recently completed a successful Phase 1 exploration program at its Let’s Go Lithium (“LGL”) project, located in the Amargosa Valley, near to the town of Pahrump, NV. The LGL project is considered to be a high-grade, at surface, lithium hosted in lakebed claystones deposit. Surface grab samples from the Phase 1 exploration program report as high as 1,218 ppm Li (with raw lithium recovery of up to 94% from the samples). Rover also recently acquired a 100% interest in a new hectorite soft-clay lithium project which is also located in the Amargosa Valley of Nevada (the “Longstreet Lithium” project). Both the Longstreet and LGL lithium projects benefit from having all the infrastructure needed to build a successful mine (hydro power, railway access, roads, mine labour). The LGL project borders an existing multi-national clay mining corporation. The Company is also exploring for lithium pegmatites near to Yellowknife, NT, Canada.

What is your rationale for taking part in 121 Mining Investment?

(1) We are live on a private placement financing and have CAD$300K left to place ($500K already raised); (2) we are seeking longer-term capital growth partners that have an interest in working with our management team to finance the exploration and development of Nevada’s next lithium mine.

What recent news would you like to highlight to investors attending?

(1) Successful exploration work program at the LGL project including multiple surface high-grade lithium samples; (2) Hiring of a specialized lithium geologist who’s experience includes working at Ioneer’s Rhyolite Ridge project; (3) Successful exploration work program at the Longstreet Lithium project including multiple surface high-grade lithium samples

What are your key goals in 3 months, 6 months, 12 months?

3 Months:
(1) Continued core-drill permitting work for our LGL project in the Amargosa Valley of Nevada.

6 Months:
(1) Permitting of our new Longstreet Lithium project in the Amargosa Valley of Nevada. Due to location, it is expected that a near term core-drill permit can be obtained.

12 Months:
(1) Drill core resource definition drilling at the Longstreet Lithium project in Q1-2025.

What do you see as the key risks and challenges facing your company at the moment and how are you overcoming these?

Inflation, a low lithium carbonate equivalent (LCE) price, and a poor performing Canadian stock market for junior miners. Markets always come back, and we are well positioned for exponential growth for when the markets improve.

What do you think makes your company such a compelling investment?

Lithium is the new oil. Lithium uses include EVs, Nuclear Energy, and mobile AI applications.

What are the top 3 key investor takeaways?

(1) We operate in the best mining jurisdiction in the world, Nevada; (2) Lithium is the highest value growth metal in the world; (3) We are logistically located along the U.S. supply chain for EV manufacturing. Tesla, Redwood Recycling, and Ford all have giga-factories in Nevada.
