Highland Copper is a Canadian copper development company with 100% ownership of the Copperwood Project and a 34% interest in the White Pine North Project, both located in Michigan. Together, the projects host over 9 billion pounds of copper resources. Copperwood is one of the few fully permitted copper projects in North America, with a 2023 feasibility study confirming strong economics and significant leverage to copper prices. Detailed engineering is now underway to support a near-term construction decision. In parallel, Highland and JV partner Kinterra are advancing White Pine toward permitting and a PFS. Highland offers a compelling copper investment with a clear pathway to near-term production.

What is your rationale for taking part in 121 Mining Investment?

We want to increase investor awareness of Highland Copper and bring in new shareholders in the open market, as well as potential future equity raises. We are looking for investors that want exposure to domestic US copper development and production. The US is prioritizing resource and energy independence and needs to develop mines like ours.

What do you see as the key risks and challenges facing your company at the moment and how are you overcoming these?

The marco environment of short-term copper price and capacity to raise construction capital.

What do you think makes your company such a compelling investment?

The US needs domestic copper supply and we are in a position to provide it. There are limited copper projects in tier 1 jurisdictions as advanced as Highland. Our Copperwood Project is fully permitted, which sets us apart from peers who are still navigating regulatory approvals. We have strong support from the community which gives us the social license to operate. Our project is highly leveraged to the copper price, a 25% increase in copper price leads to a 300% increase in NAV, making Highland a compelling opportunity in a strengthening copper market.

What are the top 3 key investor takeaways?

Fully permitted copper project in Tier 1 jurisdiction, Michigan USA.
Strong support from local communities and state of Michigan.
Scalable resource and near-term production with high leverage to copper prices.
